*A “Hand Carried” item is defined as what one person can carry in one trip without a hand-truck or bellman’s cart. Booth teardown must be contained to the booth and cannot protrude into the aisles. Contractors, hotel staff, and Freeman will not be allowed to begin teardown during this time. A $3,000 penalty will be issued for move out prior to 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 1
Exhibitor badge registrations and company profiles (description, logo, and company URL) updates must be completed via the Exhibitor Service Center. Login using the credentials in the exhibit confirmation email or at ncvh.org/login and select the “View Exhibitor Service Center” link next to NCVH 2023 Annual Conference.
Exhibitor badges are all access and are eligible for applicable continuing medical education credits. Complimentary exhibitor badges included in package or booth purchase must be preregistered by May 5 .

• $499 per badge registered May 6 – 19
• $699 per badge registered after 5:00 pm CDT May 19
