*Booth tear down cannot begin until close of General Session at 5:30 PM unless carried out by hand. Items must be contained to the booth and cannot protrude into the aisles. Contractors, hotel staff, and Freeman will not be allowed to begin tear down during this time. A $3,000 penalty will be issued for move out prior to close of General Session on Friday.
Name Badges and Company Profile

Exhibitor badge registrations and company profiles (description, logo, and company URL) updates must be completed via the Exhibitor Service Center. Login using the credentials in the exhibit confirmation email or at ncvh.org/login and select the “View Exhibitor Service Center” link next to NCVH 2025 Annual Conference. 
 
Exhibitor badges are all access and are eligible for applicable continuing medical education credits. Complimentary exhibitor badges included in package or booth purchase must be preregistered by May 2.

$399 per badge registered by May 2 
$699 per badge registered after May 2
