Attendees will be able to attend the conference in two different ways.

In-Person

In-person registration includes accreditation, breakfast, lunch, and outstanding education presented by 10+ experts in the field of cardiovascular medicine.

Accreditation is awarded after attendees complete an assessment related to the subject matter through the online NCVH member portal.

Livestream

Live-stream registration includes accreditation and access to the same outstanding education presented by 10+ experts in the field of cardiovascular medicine, online.

Accreditation is awarded after attendees complete an assessment related to the subject matter through the online NCVH member portal.

Keeping you safe

The in-person attendee experience will be a limited audience size and adhere to social distancing guidelines set by NCVH or local governments.

NCVH Standards

  • 6’ social distancing (limited capacity)
  • Masks
  • Temperature scanning
  • Contact tracing, if needed
  • Public hand sanitizing stations
  • Contactless registration
  • Sanitizing of shared meeting resources

NCVH will utilize meeting space similar in size and scope to pre-COVID meetings. We will limit our audience size, not increase our meeting space. In most cases, NCVH Regional meetings will have in-person seating for 50 to 60 people. (excluding exhibitors, staff and faculty)

On-site registration will be contactless. Name badges will be printed in advance and set out for attendees to pick up. There will be no need for a sign in sheets. CME activity will be an online event.

The Exhibit Hall will also be limited access. An online virtual exhibit hall will offer an opportunity for representatives to support their NCVH Regional.

• In the press, including marketing materials and publications distributed to the public.
